TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TOUR PACKAGES AND TRANSPORTATION RENTALS - BANDUNG & BALI
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- These terms and conditions apply to all tour package and transportation rental services offered for Bandung (West Java) and Bali regions.
- A booking is deemed valid after a minimum 50% down payment of the total cost is made and official confirmation is received from the service provider.
- All listed prices include basic service fees, but exclude personal expenses such as individual meals, shopping, and entrance tickets to tourist attractions not specified in the package.
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
- Booking: Can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or official online form. Please provide accurate personal data (full name, active phone number, email address).
- Payment: A 50% down payment must be made within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before the departure date (for tour packages) or transportation usage date (for rentals).
- Accepted payment methods: Local Indonesian bank transfer, e-wallets (OVO, GoPay, Dana).
- Payment proof: Please send payment confirmation to the service provider for verification.
3. TOUR PACKAGE TERMS
- Inclusions: Transportation as agreed, accommodation (if included), entrance tickets to specified tourist attractions, and experienced tour guides (if included).
- Schedule and timing: Tour schedules are pre-determined and may change due to weather conditions, traffic, or tourist attraction regulations. The service provider will notify any changes as soon as possible.
- Accommodation: Room type corresponds to the selected package. Special requests (specific floor, adjacent rooms) will be prioritized but not guaranteed.
- Meals: If included in the package, meals will be provided according to schedule with standard local or international menus. Please inform us of special dietary needs (vegan, food allergies) at the time of booking.
4. TRANSPORTATION RENTAL TERMS
- Vehicle types: Private cars (sedan, MPV, SUV), small buses, and large buses are available upon request. All vehicles are well-maintained and have valid registration documents.
- Drivers: All drivers hold valid licenses and are experienced in driving in Bandung or Bali areas. Drivers are responsible for passenger safety and smooth travel.
- Usage duration: Daily rental is valid for 10 hours of use. Additional charges apply for each extra hour.
- Inter-city rental: Travel time and routes must be agreed upon in advance.
- Fuel: Fuel costs are included in the rental price for the agreed travel distance. Additional fuel costs will be borne by the customer if travel exceeds the agreed route.
- Operating areas: Bandung rentals operate within Bandung city and surrounding areas (e.g., Lembang, Ciwidey). Bali rentals operate throughout Bali (e.g., Denpasar, Ubud, Seminyak, Nusa Penida).
5. LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITY
- The service provider is not liable for loss or damage to customers' personal belongings during travel.
- The service provider is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural conditions (extreme weather, earthquakes), social disturbances, or unforeseen government regulations.
- Customers are required to comply with tourist attraction rules and follow instructions from drivers/tour guides to ensure collective safety.
- Carrying dangerous, prohibited, or illegal items in vehicles or during tours is strictly forbidden.
6. CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS
- Cancellation by customer: 7 days before departure/usage date receives 70% refund of total paid amount.
- Cancellation by customer: 3 to 6 days before receives 50% refund of total paid amount.
- Cancellation by customer: Less than 3 days before receives no refund, but the amount can be used as credit for future bookings within the next 3 months.
- Cancellation by service provider: If services must be cancelled due to provider-related reasons, a full refund of paid amount will be given, or customers may reschedule without additional charges.
- Schedule amendments: Changes to schedules can be made with at least 3 days' notice before the agreed date. Additional fees may apply if there are changes to service type or route.
7. CLAIM HANDLING POLICY
- Claims must be submitted within 3 days after service completion, along with relevant supporting documents (photos, notes, payment proof).
- The service provider will process claims within 7 working days and provide a clear response.
By completing a booking, customers are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions above.
